Shipping & Tracking Policy

Business Days: Business days include Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and Sundays.

Important Note:
We do not refund any shipping fees under any circumstances.

Shipping Options

PO Boxes: For orders shipping to a PO Box, please select our Free Economy Shipping option. We do not ship to PO Boxes with Standard or Expedited shipping.

Free Economy Shipping:

  • Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Standard Ground Shipping:

  • Orders are delivered within 5 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Orders are delivered within 3 business days after processing.
  • Not available for packages over 5 lbs or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Economy Shipping to all customers. If you need faster shipping, paid options are available during checkout. You will see the total shipping cost and can choose the option that best fits your needs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We partner with multiple carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Simply click the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

Tracking Number Formats:

  • USPS: 16 digits (e.g., 9274890277986100000000)
  • FedEx: 12 digits (e.g., 299999999999)

Delays & Common Issues

If your order hasn’t shipped yet or tracking hasn’t updated, please consider the following:

  • Carrier Delays: Sometimes our carriers don't update tracking right away, even if your package is en route. Delays can also happen due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
  • Missed Scans: Occasionally, packages are not scanned at certain stops, making them appear delayed. If tracking seems stuck but your package arrives, this is usually the reason.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we cannot modify it once the order has been placed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will work to reship it to the corrected address, though additional fees may apply.
